- Provided new storefront and exterior renovations to the exciting new urban mixed use marketplace anchoring a new 24-story apartment tower
- Installed a two-story EFCO curtain wall with structural support along the ground level retail spaces and the metal paneling and stone storefronts
- New EFCO curtain wall along its new mid-rise residences which sits on top of a new Whole Foods
- Aluminum Kalzip screens were installed along the exterior of the space, stretching into other retail and restaurant spaces. The make-up of this façade also included stone, metal panels and cedar siding
