- Completed over 40 new base building branches and multiple in-line tenant renovations
- Site development included razing, demolition of existing structures, utilities, and rough grading
- Installation of all storm water controls, domestic and sewer/sanitary plumbing, and electrical and telephone duct banks
- Concrete and structural steel packages
- Installed structural light-gauge steel framing around building perimeter
- Decorative wood windows, architectural aluminum grilles, and traditional 15-foot high architectural columns
- Installed overhead rolling doors welded at drive-through lanes as a final security feature
- Completed site improvements including sidewalk placement, parking lot construction, and landscaping
- Placed light gauge engineered roof trusses over steel frame
- Installed standing-seam metal roof and masonry façade with EIFS parapet walls
- Completed an interior package inclusive of decorative millwork, glass, MEP systems, and finishes
