- Renovated 162 guestrooms, corridors, and elevator lobbies
- Standard overhaul of items such as carpet, vinyl wall covering, and paint
- Installed new millwork kitchenette with stone top and backsplash
- Bathrooms received new vanity stone tops and sink bowls
- FF&E and soft goods replaced with new
- Renovated public space and lobby which included paint, tile, carpet, wallcovering, millwork, new registration desk, and a breakfast buffet station with new kitchen equipment
