The Thompson Central Park New York, formerly The Parker Hotel, is located between 6th & 7th Avenues on 56th Street near Central Park in Manhattan. HR Construction Group transformed the property into a luxury boutique hotel with a flare of local culture and intuitive touches. The remodel included the renovation of 587 guestrooms, suites, and adjoining corridors.

PROJECT DETAILS
- Completed demolition and renovation of 587 guestrooms, which included 413 standard guestrooms and 174 executive suites, as well as, common corridors
- Upgraded all guestroom HVAC from a 2-pipe to a 4-pipe system to include the installation of all new FCU`s
- Updated and installed all new FF&E
- Upgraded all bathrooms to include new tile, fixtures, vanities, and backlit mirrors
- Completed standard overhaul of vinyl wallpaper, paint, and laminate flooring
- Upgraded the building Fire Alarm System
- Installed a new ARC System and a new sprinkler system
- Completed the demolition and remodel of two “Thompson Suites”, one located on the 31st floor and the other located on the 32nd floor
