People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care
Mike Yowaiski joined the HR Construction Group’s team in March 2022 as an Assistant Project Manager and was promoted to Project Manager a year later. He graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
His hard work and dedication have brought a wealth of experience to our team. He has successfully managed fast-track hotel renovations and is well-versed in all facets of construction. His strong written and verbal communication skills make him an effective leader and collaborator. Mike’s excellent organizational ability allows him to successfully manage multiple large projects simultaneously. His exceptional people skills and positive attitude make him a valuable asset to our team.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys cruising on his boat in the Chesapeake Bay, and when he’s not doing that, he’s chasing around his youngster. He has lived near the water all his life and has been an experienced offshore powerboat racer for over twenty years. In addition, he works as a live-stream commentator for boating races up and down the East Coast.
