Philadelphia is experiencing a hotel expansion, with several properties opening soon and under construction.
The Notary Hotel, a new Autograph Collection property, has opened in the former Philadelphia City Hall Annex. The building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was formerly the Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown and recently underwent a re-branding and renovation of over $20 million.
