HR Construction Group renovated a 15-story historical landmark building located in the Financial District of New York City. A full remodel was completed of the structure`s lobby, basement and marketing floor. Major MEP upgrades were done throughout the building in order to update the facility for code and modern mechanical capabilities. HR Construction Group worked closely with ownership to meet schedule deadlines for tenant move-in dates.

- Upgraded mechanical and electrical equipment
- Put in new fire alarm system
