The renovation of the Graduate Providence, formerly the Providence Biltmore, is HR Construction Group’s second complete-property renovation with the Graduate Hotels brand. This renovation consisted of all 294 guestrooms, the main lobby, meeting rooms, ballrooms, and coffee shop.
This historic building in downtown Providence presented unique challenges given the age of the hotel. The impressive transformation was another fantastic effort by the design team with AJ Capital Partners that HR Construction Group was proud to be a part of.
