HR Construction Group worked conjointly with AJ Capital Partners to revamp the previously known Atherton Hotel into the present day Graduate State College. This transformation consisted of the renovation of all 150 guestrooms with corridors included. The Graduate State College is located in State College, PA – the college hometown of Penn State University. HR Construction Group kept Penn State`s theme colors and memorabilia as part of the renovation.

- Completed 90 tub to shower conversions with new shower pans and tile surrounds

- Liquidated all existing room furniture and replaced with new FF&E package
