PROJECT DETAILS
- Renovation of 251 guestrooms on 19 floors and adjoining corridors in under 11 weeks
- Beyond typical guestroom upgrades, renovation consisted of ADA room conversions and suite tub-to-shower conversions
- Fast tracked schedule did not deter the comprehensive tile scope, all guestrooms received new floor tile and tub surrounds
- Worked closely with the New Orleans Historical Review Board to ensure the building, constructed in 1926 as the Free Mason’s Temple, did not lose its charm or character throughout multiphase renovation
