PROJECT DETAILS
- Renovated 312 luxury apartments which included a complete utility overhaul
- Upgrades to the original plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems consisting of four new rooftop cooling towers, new chillers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, water filtration equipment, and expansion tanks
- Air conditioning was provided to individual units and corridors
- New sprinkler and fire alarm systems installed
- Updated kitchens with new millwork and appliances
- Bathrooms were outfitted with new toilets, fixtures, tubs, showers, and surrounds
- Wood floors were refinished throughout and new finishes applied to walls, ceilings, and trim
- Project accomplished while many apartments were occupied with long standing tenants
