PROJECT DETAILS
- Renovation of 1,408 guestrooms, suites, corridors, and concierge lounges
New millwork, bypass sliding louvered tile, and rail closet doors
Stone vanities with unique trapezoidal configurations were installed in bathrooms - Bathrooms received: new shower diverter valves, vanity plumbing rough-ins, toilet accessories, and accent tiling
- New decorative lighting and new switch leg re-wiring were added
- Bedroom finishes included new carpet, vinyl wallcovering, and paint
- Dedicated Cat-6 lines installed throughout property, inclusive of fiber backbone risers
- FF&E package included technological enhancements and modifications to existing furniture
- The Headhouse Tower required more attention to detail as the historic structure had unique guestroom layouts
