HR Construction Group completed renovations for the entire James New York – Nomad Hotel, but we are particularly proud of our work on their signature Scarpetta restaurant and the speakeasy- style cocktail lounge, The Seville. Scarpetta was moved from 14 th Street to its new home at the James – Nomad.
The Seville cocktail lounge was a new concept by LDV Hospitality and influenced by the neighborhood’s history from 1904. Its speakeasy charm is tucked away with a private feel while enjoying cocktails and music. Scarpetta’s whitewashed wall planks and unique ceiling detail create an intimate dining experience.
At Scarpetta, we created an entirely new opening that faces the corner of Madison Ave and 29 th Street. At The Seville, another brand-new entrance was installed, facing Madison avenue as well.
