Renovation of (190) guestrooms, suites, and corridors in this iconic, ultra-luxury hotel. Scope of work included demolition of all existing finishes to slab-on-grade. Installed high-end new floor and wall tile, paint and wallcovering, drywall, carpentry, permanent glass and mirrors, plumbing, all new lighting and controls, ceiling work, sprinkler, electrical system upgrades and guestroom reconfiguration, custom architectural millwork, replacement of exterior windows, new flooring throughout, and installation of custom FF&E.

- Standard overhaul of vinyl wallpaper in the corridors, custom mural wallpaper within the guestrooms, new paint and carpet
- Installation of custom wenge wood flooring in several of the suites
- Complete upgrade of the building Fire Alarm System and installed a new Sprinkler System
