HR Construction Group completed the conversion of the Courtyard Philadelphia Downtown into The Notary Hotel, Autograph Collection. The renovation consisted of 499 guestrooms, the main lobby, the registration area and the restaurant. This was the second major renovation HR Construction Group has completed at the property.
