- Fully renovated 248 guestrooms & 14 corridors on 14 floors
- Installed new carpet, painted, and FF&E throughout
- Polished & regrouted all bathroom marble
- Complete renovation of the porte cochere:
- Removed existing drive, then furnished and installed new pavers to solve drainage issues
- Worked closely with the hotel to maintain an operational porte cochere
- Completely transformed the pre-existing ADA suite and lounge to a new Club Lounge
- Incorporated intricate MEP and millwork package throughout, including the buffet
- Installed food service equipment
- Removed the staircase between the 17th and 18th floors
- Installed slab infill to create a larger footprint on the 18th floor
- Applied new finishes in select boardrooms on the lobby level
