The Washington Marriott Georgetown is located in the heart of Washington, DC between Georgetown and Dupont Circle To meet the needs of the business and personal travelers, HR Construction Group performed a complete renovation of all 471 guestrooms and suites and eight associated common areas. In addition to the rooms, HR Construction Group renovated the existing ballrooms, meeting rooms, pre-function areas, lobby, and restaurant. Marriott’s exclusive M Club Lounge was also created as part of the scope of the project.

- Completely reconstructed the guestroom entry foyers to allow for new Marriott programming

- Removal and infill of an existing skylight system with creation of new junior ballroom in former elevated pool area below
- Re-roof the existing lobby atrium room

- Conversion of underused garage level interior space into a new employee cafeteria and executive office and meeting areas
